RoAnvil privacy policy

What RoAnvil stores, why, and how to delete it. In short: only what we need to make your video and keep your balance. We don't ask for your e-mail and we don't sell data.

What we get from Discord

You sign in with Discord using the identify permission. Discord gives us:

• your account id — to recognise you at sign-in and check that the account is older than 90 days;
• your username, display name and avatar — to show them in your profile and find you when you write in a ticket;
• your interface language — to open the dashboard in the right language.

We don't request or see your e-mail, servers, friends or messages.

What you give us yourself

• Answers about your video, messages in a request, the voices you pick.
• Character models and textures you upload.
• Top-ups, spending and bonuses — in your balance history.

Why

Only to make your videos, keep your token balance, give ranks and referral bonuses, and answer you in support. We don't target ads with your data and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who else sees it

• Us — the manager and our video-production tools.
• Voice services (ElevenLabs, Fish Audio) get the lines of your video, without your personal data.
• Payment details never reach us: top-ups go through a Discord ticket.

Cookies

One sign-in cookie (early_session) and short-lived ones: Discord sign-in protection (10 minutes) and the code of the friend who invited you (30 days). No ad or analytics cookies.

Where and how long

On our server, for as long as you have an account. Backups are kept for 30 days.

How to delete

Open a ticket in our Discord and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete your profile, requests and files within 30 days (balance history is kept anonymised for accounting). Unspent tokens are lost on deletion: no refunds.

Changes

If the policy changes, we'll update the version at the top and show the new terms when you sign in.
